"Appartement très calme et agréable. La déco est sympa, un agréable jardin où l'on peut manger. Le quartier est pratique car on peut se garer gratuitement tout en étant à 15 minutes de la place du Capitole. Nous avons passé un très bon moment à Toulouse."

"Nice quiet studio to stay in. There's a nice garden attached to it that is probably good to lounge in if you like that (I attract every bug in the universe so I don't do too much of that). It's clean, and the hosts are very nice to deal with."

"It's not 10 minutes from centre of town - it's 10 minutes from canal du midi, which you could argue is the beginning of the town centre, but in reality is another 10 minutes from the centre of town. Never mind though, 20 minutes walk is fine and it's a great little neighbourhood to walk through on the way, one long street with lots of little restaurants and cafes. Bed could use firmer pillows, too soft for me - you might grab a cushion from the couch though. Shower could use a thing to hold the shower head, other than that perfectly nice shower. Don't think there is AC, it didn't get too hot when I was there but I wouldn't be opening a window myself as I would just be inviting assault from mosquitoes (they got me regardless of course)."

"The studio is small but very comfortable, I really liked the setting of the neighborhood, extremely quiet, with low houses typical of Toulouse. The apartment floor is terracotta and furnished in a very functional way. The presence of a small kitchen, equipped with everything you need, makes this solution very versatile. The house guests are extremely kind and helpful."

"The only slightly critical aspect is the location. To get to the city center, Place du Capitole, it takes half an hour on foot, and since the neighborhood where the apartment is located is in an elevated area, the return uphill after a full day can be challenging. But if you like walking, like we did, it won't be a problem."

"We loved this cute little simple apartment. It had everything we needed from the coffee machine with pods provided to the Hairdryer. We slept well in the double bed, had space to hang all our clothes, and the shower was good..It's artistically decorated and very clean. We really enjoyed sitting in the shady garden watching the birds. There's a bakery and supermarket down the hill and it's 10 minutes walk from the canal de midi and 20 from the station. The owners met us on arrival and gave us exclusive use of the garden.Although it adjoins their property we never saw or heard them. We felt this is a very well priced property."
